Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by Seda's Printing & Direct Mailing (“Seda's,” “we,” “us”), a printing business located at 5335 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90029. You can reach us at info@sedasprinting.com or 323-469-1034.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content we cannot lawfully print. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are shown on the product pages and at checkout. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details.

You are responsible for the files and content you submit and confirm that you have the right to reproduce them. Where a digital proof is provided, production begins only after you approve it. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for its content, layout, and spelling. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied files or in approved proofs.

You retain ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce and fulfill your order.

Production and turnaround times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after artwork/proof approval and payment. Estimates do not account for delays outside our control. For current turnaround, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Most items we produce are custom-printed to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days and we will reprint or refund the affected items. The site's design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Seda's or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. This does not affect ownership of the artwork you submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
